Background Check: We do require all renters to go through a standard MVR check.

License: An invalid, suspended, expired, revoked, or canceled license
Reckless driving: One or more convictions within 36–48 months
Driving under the influence: A DUI, DWI, or DWAI conviction within 48 months
Accidents: Failing to report or leaving the scene of an accident within 36 months, or two or more accidents within 36 months
Moving violations: Three or more convictions within 24 months, excluding seatbelt violations
Stolen vehicle: Possession of a stolen vehicle or use of a vehicle in a crime
Use of Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Site to:
